SAFETY  

  • Gloves, protective glasses and ear plugs are to be worn throughout this operation.

 

  • Keep hands and clothing away from moving parts at all times.

   

                                                                      

  1. Ensure to wear ear protection when working in noise zone area.
  2. Open shoes are prohibited on factory premises.
  3. All necessary PPE to be worn when working in spray booth.
  4. Gloves to be worn when removing frames from the line required.

FORMING OF SEAT BACK ON HURON 5

1.Collect route card for job from production planning.

2.Collect the required raw material from stores with route card.

3.Sign "On" set up on line system . Select appropriate tooling and download the correct programe and set -up for the required product.

4.From first off sample of machine ,send form part for LTHT after LTHT make sure the part conforms to the checking fixture.

 

5.Does the first =off sample meet checking fixture requirements?

 

5.1 No - discard first -off ,adjust machine and form more samples.

5.2 Yes - initiate a BIS card by recording information from the route carddespcription part number, processes , quantity and information from the material buff tag.

 

6.Tag first off sample for identification and proof of what was accepted. Sign 'off'write down set -up timeon BIS card. Sign 'on ' jobon BIS Card and commence forming the job.

7.Monitor inprocess inspections 2 wire forms every two hours,record findings on line system

8.If non-conforming products are found during production run stop the machine and notify supervisor or setter and isolate parts.

RILL SANDING

1. Ensure oven is at 400 degrees  before starting Rill Starting .

2.Ensure to load one wire form at a time .

3. Use required tool to grab wire form as the formed wire will be hot and dip required side in powder only.

4.Carefully place wire forms on required stand  for allowing  to dry fast.

5. Once wire forms are dry carefully load in bins and continue proceed.

LOADING OF ASSEMBLY JIG

1. Load box wire into jig.

2.Load Frame wire with mould plate into jig.

3. Pick up gun and shoot the wires to seal.

4.Remove Frame from jig and assemble mould plates ,mark break point with blue marker.

CHECKING INSTRUCTION

1. Ensure that wires are sitting flat into slots.

2.No loose clips.

3.Make sure that the mould plate is not loose.

4.Make sure that all clips are closed firmly to the wires.

5.Mark on the clips to confirm step 2,3 and 4.

Any non-conforming part shall be reported to supervisor and isoloated from production process.

 

6.Inspect ONE frame every hour on the final checking fixture. Record on online system

QUALITY

1.No loose clips on seatback.

2.No loose mould plates

3.No burrs on moulded plates and wires

4.No rusty wires .

5.No cracks on mould plates.

PACKAGING 

1.Ensure 10 set back frames are packed per bin.

2.Ensure seat back frames are packed correctly.

3.Ensure F.A card accompany each pallet.
